David Naj is the founder and lead meditation coach at Mindful in the City.

David has been a meditation and mindfulness practitioner since 2007 and teaching since 2012. He was inspired to become a certified meditation teacher after experiencing the incredible benefits it provided him to overcome stress and anxiety in his highly demanding corporate marketing career.

Leveraging his experience in the corporate world, David teaches mindfulness and meditation to organizations and individuals, focusing on making it easy, practical, and relevant to daily life.
